All our products are made-to-order, which means your item is created specially for you once your order is placed.

Estimated delivery times:

Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping: Varies depending on your location

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

We’re looking forward to expanding to more countries in the near future as the store grows.

Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. If you prefer a looser fit or are between sizes, sizing up is often recommended.

Designs & Expectations

Are your designs original?
Yes—every design is created with originality in mind. We don’t do mass-produced, generic graphics.

Instead, we focus on:
  • Unique concepts you won’t find everywhere
  • Designs brought to life across a variety of cat breeds
  • Meaningful ideas that go beyond just looking cute

All designs are part of our original collection and are protected under applicable copyright laws. We respect creativity—and we protect it.
Will the colors look exactly the same as on screen?

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, brightness, and device display. We do our best to ensure product images represent the designs as accurately as possible.
Is the print placement always identical?

Because each item is individually produced, slight variations in print placement may occur.
These small differences are normal in the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

As our items are made-to-order, we currently accept returns or replacements only if:
  • The item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong product, size, or design

Order Changes & Support

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production begins, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel the order.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We can usually update it if the order has not yet been processed for production.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If your tracking appears stuck or your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist in resolving it.
